Conducting Conflict Awareness Sharing Session

On January 11, 2024, the Magway Region Human Rights Network (MHRN) conducted an awareness-sharing event in Magway Region, attended by over 100 participants, including children and youths. The event covered fundamental child rights, basic human rights principles, mine awareness, and air attack safety. Topics included the right to education, healthcare, protection from violence, liberty, security, and fair trial, as well as identifying landmines and staying safe during air attacks. 

Participants received educational pamphlets and engaged in interactive discussions, fostering community dialogue and understanding. The event successfully empowered individuals with knowledge to make informed decisions and protect themselves, contributing to a more informed and safeguarded population in the Magway Region.
